This reporting tool allows Pratt users to create and view ad-hoc reports. These reports are based off Pratt's Data Warehouse. For more information,

Pratt's Data Warehouse is a snapshot of the Datatel Colleague system; this snapshot is refreshed daily during the early morning. Generally, this refresh ends at 6am each morning. As a result, the myreports 2.0 system is unavailable from 2am to 6am daily.
Reports created in myreports 2.0, which is based off the Data Warehouse, reflect this snapshot of Colleague data and are up-to-date as of 6am this morning.

Financial Reports within Crystal Reports 2.0 are based on the posting of the General Ledger (GL). The GL is
usually posted at the end of the previous business day. As a result, reports run from within Crystal Reports are up-to-date as of the last General Ledger posting.
Crystal Reports 2.0 is based off Pratt's Data Warehouse which is refreshed daily during the early morning.
